Synopsis: Mega Ace Food Products owned by four Chinese resident was featured by a ”Bitag”
show. They were caught on making fish crackers out of ingredients infested with cockroaches and
Borax which is prohibited in a food ingredient. They were nabbed regarding the unsanitary
conditions in the factory where the fish crackers were being manufactured and under conditions
that are inimical to public health and safety.

Consultant Ronna: Mega Ace Food Products should engage in legal and ethical practices in
business. Think the welfare of the people and not focus solely on profit. Quality should come first
instead of quantity. A clean and with proper sanitation of the work place is a must. Avoid unlawful
means in doing business like using prohibited chemicals. Change the business practices in a way
that will adhere to the humane qualities or aspects.

Consultant Krystel: Mega Ace Food Products’ first step should be to cultivate a clean culture.
Keeping your facility clean is more than just your job. So, keep all of your equipment clean and
sanitized because it is an essential step in the maintenance of your food processing facility and to
avoid that kind of incident again. That’s why sanitation practices that keep the workplace clean and
orderly have always been essential. They protect employees and customers, maintain regulatory
compliance and ensure that your business turns out consistently great products.

Consultant Desinne: In doing business you should consider the welfare of your consumers and not
only on the profit that you’ve gain. Due to the absence of proper health procedure, using prohibited
products and caution unto making the products is unacceptable. All I can say to Mega Ace Food
Product’s is you must consider the proper way of making the fish crackers and have a clean
environment. Always remember that whom you are serving food, it is human.

Consultant Christian: Mega Ace Food Products' goal was of quantity over quality which made me
think that they're only after for the profit and not for the better service of the people. Their
business having insanitary conditions would really affect the workers performance and not
thinking about the people who would buy their products was their greatest weakness. We should
always consider ethics and proper sanitation in the business most specially of products that the
people consume. "Cleanliness is next to Godliness."
