Subject: Payment for Edsel, Sheron and Michael, all Sacramento over a parcel of
land in New Kawayan, Tacloban City

1. On October 2, 2014, RCAP entered into a contract to sell over a parcel of lot
subject of an Estate proceeding intended for RROW of the SM village in New
Kawayan, Tacloban City). The contract covers 714 sq. m.. As part of the estate,
the surviving spouse Esteban has 7/12 share of the lot while the 5 children
have 1/12 portion each. The total consideration is 856,800.00 or 1200 per sq. m
(Annex A). Note: 321,300 was already given to the surviving spouse as partial
payment thereto;

2. Three (3) of the children have been disturbing the use of the property,
threatening the villagers to close the road as the same were sold without them
knowing. With all that is happening in the area, this office decided to settle the
matter with the 3 children and pay the amount corresponding each of their
share/portion in the lot, that is 59.50 sq. m. which is 71,400.00 per person.

3. Hence, we respectfully request to draw checks for ESTEBAN EDSEL LOYOTA


SACRAMENTO, SHERON SACRAMENTO ABAH, and MICHAEL LOYOTA
SACRAMENTO each for 71, 400.00 as payment for their respective share over
the lot.
