ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
2nd Semester 2019 – 2020

I. GOALS:
1. To improve quality education by providing quality instruction.
2. To produce quality learners and globally competitive professionals who are innovative and
progressive leaders in their specific fields of specialization.
3. To produce effective human resource who can initiate change, nurturing intellectual and moral
values, and sustaining ecological and national development.

II. OBJECTIVES:
1. To enhance effective teaching – learning process with the use of appropriate teaching methods,
approaches and strategies.
2. To enhance student’s academic awareness in communication using English language and to
develop their knowledge in literature of the world.
3. To explain how cultural and global issues affect communication.

III. TAUGHT THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS


1. Purposive Communication (GE 5)
2. Introduction to Anthropological Linguistic (Eng 123)
3. Language Policies and Programs in Multilingual Societies (ELT 2)
4. Masterworks of World Literature (Eng 6)
5. Children’s Literature (Eng 7)
6. Remedial Instruction in English (Eng 8)

IV. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:


1. Prepared syllabus in the assigned subjects and made TOS and Exams every term.
2. Administered assignments, quizzes, oral recitations and term exams.
3. Used Flexible Learning Approach (FLA) and sent modules to the students during the
ECQ/GCQ/MGCQ.
4. Provided hard copy of the activities and modules especially for those students who do not have
internet connection and live in a remote place.
5. Checked test papers, records and compute grades accurately.
6. Prepared and submitted all the accomplished necessary required report, grading sheets, and
other required written reports to all concern school officials.

V. STUDENTS DEVELOPMENT
1. Conducted classes, gave quizzes and assignments, conducted group activities and oral
recitations, and administered exams to BEED 1B, BSE ENG 1B, BSE ENG 1C, AB ENG 2A, AB
ENG 2B, AB ENG 2C, BSED ENG 2A, BEED 3A.

VI. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT


Attended/participated the following school activities.
1. College Orientation
2. 1- Day Seminar Workshop on Mentoring Mentors
3. ASSCAT 25th Founding Anniversary
4. Proposal Defense Mentoring Mentors

VII. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT


Attended and participated all activities involving community services.

VIII. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED


1. Cleanliness and orderliness of the classrooms and surroundings.
2. Students come late every scheduled time.
3. Students chatting and shouting along the Corregidor while others are having classes.
4. Not enough chairs in the new classrooms.
5. A lot of students were complaining about the online classes modules because some of them
don’t have an internet access especially to those who lived in remote places.
5. No cabinet/s with padlock for the faculty to keep and to secure their things especially the
Instructional Materials (IM’s).
6. Unexplainable beyond real experience.

IX. RECOMMENDATION
1. Additional Personnel to be assigned in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the
classrooms and surroundings.
2. Constant reminders and proper orientation about the DO’s and Don’ts of the students.
3. Provide additional chairs to accommodate all the students.
4. Use of Flexible Learning Approach and provide hard copy of the modules that will be given to
students.
5. Provide additional cabinet/s with padlock for the faculty office.
6. Any appropriate intervention for the problem encountered number 6.
