Our experienced Engineering and technical staff is able to take any sample piece which
you provide us, legally reverse engineer it, and begin producing it for you (and you
alone) in a matter of weeks. With our large array of 30 CNC lathes and mills, 5 ex-
truders and presses, 5 manual machines for small-scale specialty items, and industrial
heat-treating ovens and chillers we’re able to handle virtually every product you or your
customer could need.

High Chrome Sleeved Liners

American Mfg Co bi-metallic high-chrome sleeved liners are becoming the new
standard for the industry. Manufactured under API 7-K and ISO 9001 certificates
and guaranteed to be 100% identical (with regard to fit, form, and function) with
the OEM liner it is designed to replace and AT LEAST equal quality. We subject
our AMERICAN liners to over 4 rigorous quality control inspections during the
manufacturing process beginning from raw material to finished product checking
all aspects of material integrity, chromium % of sleeve, critical machined dimen-
sions and sleeve fit. Why do we obsess over our quality so much? So you and your
customer don’t have to. You know that when you’re using an AMERICAN liner,
there’s no better option for your pump. Our bi-metallic high chrome liner consists
of the industry standard steel (forged or tubing) outer shell and centrifugally-spun
high chrome sleeve. AMERICAN liners are CNC machined complete, sleeve shrink
fit, and honed at our API 7-K and ISO 9001 certified factory in St. Joseph, MN,
ensuring complete interchangeability with the OEM and unmatched quality. Amer-
ican liners are all manufactured HP style with “stop collars” to prevent sleeve
slippage during use.
Zirconia-Ceramic Sleeved Liners

Single-Durometer Bonded Urethane Pistons

American Mfg. Co bonded single- durometer urethane pistons are perfect for use
in oil-based mud. These bonded pistons are able to withstand all but the most
extreme of temperatures and operating pressure. Unlike our competitors, who sell
other manufacturer’s pistons private labeled as their brand; we keep every process
in the manufacturing of the piston in-house. Our forged steel hubs are machined
at our factory in Minnesota and then shipped to our molded products factory in
Houston, TX where the urethane is compounded and bonded to the hub itself.

Supreme-Style Replaceable Rubber Pistons

AMERICAN brand replaceable rubber pistons are composed of AMERICAN mold-
ed nitrile rubber inserts and AMERICAN manufactured piston hubs. Just like our
urethane bonded pistons, we complete every step of the manufacturing process
for both hub and piston rubber in-house. Our forged steel hubs are machined at
our API 7-K and ISO 9001 certified factory in Minnesota, and the rubber inserts are
formed and pressed at our Houston, TX molded products factory. Our replaceable
rubber pistons and inserts are based off of the industry standard “Mission-Su-
preme” style; our inserts will fit all competitors’ piston hubs that are interchange-
able with the OEM.
