1. I verify the original document details with details on customer’s Amazon App
2. If documents are matching, I will click on generate QR code for walk in accordingly provide the QR and
customer will scan it

How to complete QR PROCESS?
Verify the documents details with details on customer’s Amazon App

From KYC details, match the

On home page click Amazon Pay On Amazon Pay Dashboard click account settings

How to complete QR verification?
Customer’s App: Click on Scan & Pay

Click on Agent QR Code Scan to scan the QR code


Close job after verifying scan was successful on customer’s
