Post Nomination Process

Steps to be followed by students post their nomination

• Download OPJEMS App & register on it


Step 1

• Fill Registration form by clicking on ‘APPLY NOW’


Step 2

• Prepare a Business Proposal & submit the same on App

Step 1 : Download OPJEMS App

• Download the App from Google Play Store or Apple IOS Store.
• Fill in your details & register on the App, to enter the App.
Step 2 : Registration Form

To fill Registration Form :


• Click on ‘Apply now’ tab on home page of the App
• Fill in your details
• Click on ‘Preview’ button
• Click on ‘Submit’ button
• Candidates may save details there and submit it later also

Suggestion: There may be fields where you can mention only one of your
achievements (hobbies/ responsibilities / scholarships), even if you
have many. However, mention only one most significant achievement,
it will not have any impact on Phase I result.
Step 3 : Business Proposal
Submit Business Proposal on App:
• After submitting registration form, a tab ‘UPLOAD PROPOSAL’
for submitting Business Proposal will appear.
• You can upload a ppt/pptx/pdf file (of not more than 10 slides /
pages) or Google drive link for MP3/MP4 (of not more than 5
mins) file
• Guidelines for submitting Business Proposal:
a. The business case should provide an innovative and a
sustainable solution to a major socio-economic problem
faced by India in the current times / 21st century.
b. The solution proposed should adhere to Design Thinking
parameters of Desirability, Feasibility, and Viability.
c. The business case should include the following:
- An Executive Summary Objective of the case
- Background information about the problem for which the
solution is proposed
- Specific and clear description of the solution proposed
benefits, limitations and associated risks related to the
solution proposed
- Financial forecast to ensure that every cost associated to
the project is considered and the project is affordable
- Proposals related to the Steel industry with digital solutions
will earn additional points
Step 4 : Online Tests

• Online test will be in two stages:


1. Behavioral Test to determine your leadership qualities.
2. Jindal Awareness Test will only be based on information
available on websites of OP Jindal Group Companies.
• Both the test will be conducted on App.
• You will receive a unique id which you need to enter to start
your tests.
• App will asks for your pictures to be clicked before the start of
the test and in between the test.
Step 5 : Interview Slot Selection

• Once you get shortlisted for Interview, you can select your
interview slots available (not activated right now) in the App.
• Interview will be of 20-25 mins and will be conducted
between 9.30 am to 6.00 pm on the scheduled dates
• If there is any slot which is not available, that means that slot
is filled up till maximum capacity.
• The early you go for selection of your interview slot, the more
options will be available to you.
Step 6: Interview Process

• After selecting the slots you will get a confirmation from us


along with guidelines to be followed for Personal Interview
phase.
