Reschedule and Cancellation


Rescheduling can be done at your departure station counters, until 60 minutes before departure time.
Cancellation can be done only at the appointed stations (list of stations: http://traveloka.com/x/coc/kai). Cancellation is allowed
until 30 minutes before departure time, and is subject to a fee of 25% of the basic ticket fare.

PT KAI Terms & Conditions


1. Passengers must show a negative COVID-19 test result based on the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)/rapid test.
IMPORTANT: PCR test is valid for 7 days and Rapid Test is valid for 3 days.
2. Passengers must show a health certificate from a hospital or health center stating that the individual is free from influenza-related
illnesses.
3. Passengers must be in a healthy condition and are not suffering from the flu, cold, coughs, and fever. Their body temperature
also must not exceed 37.3 degree celsius.
4. Passengers must wear face mask and face shields inside the station, train, and at the station’s parking area.
IMPORTANT: PT KAI will provide face shields only for adult passengers. Infants under 3 years old must bring their own face
shield.
5. Passengers must wear modest clothing (e.g. a jacket or long-sleeve shirts).
6. Passengers must download and activate the PeduliLindungi app on their mobile phone.
