into, you looked for an office space also for a period of 5 years,

example: you are an agent for a sale of a product, you enter into a contract with
someoen else for office space in behalf of principal. upon agency contract, it cannot be
recoked at any time.

example: (pledge) principal owes agent 100k, to secure payment, principal delivered by
way of pledge to agent a diamond ring to be sold where proceeds will be applied to
obligation.
