- EMBRACING BRAND AND ELEVATE THE IMAGE OF THE COMPANY.


- BETTER QUALITY & RESPOND APPROPRAITELY TO THE CHARACTER OF THE AREA, LANDSCAPE
SETTING AND SURROUNDING BUILT FORM.
- IMPROVE LIVEABILITY THROUGH ENHANCED INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AMENITY, INCLUDING BETTER
LAYOUT, APARTMENT DEPTH AND CEILING HEIGHTS, SOLAR ACCESS, NATURAL VENTILATION AND
VISUAL PRIVACY.
- IMPROVE THE RELATIONSHIP OF APARTMENTS BY SIGNATURE DESIGN ENHANCING THE PRIDE AND
DIGNITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
- THE FAÇADE SHOULD BE STYLISH, FLAMBOYANT AND A SYMBOL OF THE GLOBAL LIFESTYLE NOT
COMPRIMISING ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE OFFERING ECO-FRIENDLY
FUNCTIONALITY BY DEFLECTING HEAT AND ABSORBING SOLAR ENERGY.
- COUPLED WITH MULTI-LAYED SECURITY FACILITIES FOR THE RESIDENTS.

PROPOSED CONIDERING THE HYDERABAD MARKET STANDARDS.
- DESIGN SHALL INCORPORATE THE STANDARDS OF PLATINUM RATED GREEN BUILDING
CERTIFICATION.
- VEHICLE FREE LANDSCAPED PODIUMS WITH ZERO CARBON EMISSIONS.
- TYPOLOGIES TO BE PROPOSED ARE 4 BHK & ABOVE. SOUTH SHALL BE AVOIDED.
- ALL UNITS ARE TO BE DESIGNED AS SINGLE TOWERS WITH ONE UNIT / FLOOR.

DESIGN SUBMISSION :

SUBMISSION SHALL BE MADE KEEPING IN VIEW THE SYNERGY BETWEEN STRATEGIC PROGRAM ELEMENTS
AND INTELLIGENT SITE DESIGN ACTIVATING THE X-FACTOR POTENTIAL.

SUBMISSION SHALL ALSO INCLUDE THE COMMERCIAL PROPOSALS FOR THE SAID PROJECT.

ALL TIMELINES FOR THE DESIGN PROCESS TILL SITE ACTIVITY TO BE SUBMITTED IN “ MSP” INIDCATING THE
MILESTONES, SUB ACTIVITES FOR EACH STAGE OF DELIVERABLES ( CONCEPT, APPROVAL, SCHEMATIC,
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT, GOOF FOR CONSTRUCTION & CONSTRUCTION STAGE )
