B. From your Job Description if you were to list three most significant achievements and
contributions during the year, which ones would you mention?
1. Sales Automation projects: Last year I was able to design a Secondary sales automation
software from scratch called foods Vision, which is already active in one of our
distributors in Dhaka A Zone. I have also implemented Invoicing app; Attendance app
and all our FF is using these application
2. I have successfully delivered all the managements reports that were asked from me
containing Presentations, Data analysis Reports. I have designed a training module for
our FF from bottom to top, have designed new sales report, that covers almost every sales
data at every level and made it very easy so all the FF is using this data. Availability of
these data has also been made very easy for everyone. I have designed a new web portal,
for easy sharing of report and data.
3. Bridge between Sales and Marketing: As a trade marketing executive my prior duty is to
maintain a bridge between sales and marketing. My reports, analysis have support
marketing to make decisions for sales and I have helped the Sales Team to implement the
plans and monitor sales progress.

one would you mention? What factor was responsible for it and what could have been done
to avoid this lapse?
Metro Development Project: In our metro development project we could not deliver enough
goal that we anticipated (Gr: 15%, anticipation: 25%).
Responsible Factors: Change of Decision by Sales Management, My automation project was
stopped by sales head for 3 months.
