Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode.

The Ministry of Defence through Border Road Organisation is engaged in the development of road
and as part of this endeavor, it has been decided to undertake “DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF
CL-9 ROAD AS PART OF ICBR WORKS FROM BANGA JANGA GOMPA (BJG) TO NAGA GG
(NGG) BETWEEN CHAINAGE KM 20.00 TO KM 54.00 (NET LENGTH 36.694 KM) THROUGH EPC
MODE OF EXECUTION TO INCLUDE FORMATION, PERMANENT & SURFACING WORKS
IN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY OF PROJECT VARTAK IN THE STATE OF
ARUNACHAL PRADESH” through an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode.

Border Road Organization represented by its Chief Engineer (P) Vartak now invites bids from eligible
contractors for the following project:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from web portal of BRO (
http://www.bro.gov.in) from web portal (www.eprocure.gov.in) and BIMS Portal (www.bims.gov.in)
from 15 Sep 2020 to 27 Oct 2020 (upto 1000Hrs IST). Bidder must submit its financial bid at
[http://eprocure.gov.in] and Technical Bid at www.eprocure.gov.in on or before 28 Oct 2020 (upto
1230 hours IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 2 9 O c t 2020 (1300 hours IST).
Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Document Fee, Power of
Attorney, Integrity Pact and Joint Bidding Agreement etc. shall be submitted physically by the Bidder
on or before 29 Oct 2020 (upto 1245 hours IST) at HQ CE(P) Vartak, C/O 99 APO. Please note
that the Border Roads Organisation reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without
assigning any reason whatsoever.
