Hence, in this case, as an alternative, use a freeware
known as MagicISO Maker (file size = 1.6MB) to unzip

Steps :
1) Download the MagicISO Maker onto the location
where the .img was resided.
2) Launch MagicISO Maker and locate the .img file.
3) Follow the on-screen instruction.

access to all functions.

<Q2> After sending a print job via Private Print, the

computer name is displayed on the eS3511/4511 LCD
panel. Can the display be changed to " filename" instead
?
<TSP> TAPL eS3511 system firmware was ver 220. The
User interface is changed in eS3511 system firmware
version 300. Please refer to BSIG05B724:
- When a private print job is sent to eS3511/4511,
computer name (sender's PC) is displayed.
- After the private password is entered, filenames of
private print jobs are displayed.

2. Select "Admin". Enter "Admin" Password
3. In "Admin" mode, select "List/Report"
4. In "List/Report" mode, select "List"
5. In "List" mode, the fucntions "NIC configuration",
"PS3" and "PCL" font list are all greyed out.
In a working GM2010, these 3 icons are selectable.
Once selected, these print the font list and NIC
configuration page.
6. Press "Scan" button on Operation Panel, the LCD
does not change.
In a working GM2010, LCD changes for user to do Scan
to EFile, Scan to File and Scan to Email.
Cuase of defect : mis-destination. Please inform TSP if
you havesimilir occurance.

1.Print the file with default setting. ->Confirm color
output result.
2.Print the file with checking "Grayscale" of Color Setting
of "Fiery Printing" tab.
-> We have no problem.
3.Print the file with checking "Black/White" of Color
setting of "Paper/Quality" tab.
-> We could duplicate the phenomenon.
The result is same between GA1120 and GA1121J.
<Workaround>
Please check "Grayscale" of Color Setting of "Fiery
Printing" tab when you print the data as B/W.

The above accepted models were tested and confirmed
to be operating well in the SAP environment.
The device type files for other models could still be
provided on a case-to-case basis depending on the
market requirements. In this case, we would not be
providing any gurantee or support for these models in
the field - except for those that are officially supported by
TTEC.
Secondly, on the question on the availability of letter of
compliance from TTEC, the answer was no as SAP did
not create any certification for SAP Device Type.

command in the [File] menu (for Windows NT 4.0). After
you change one of the settings, the changes that you
made in the [Configuration] tab will be correctly applied.
The following procedure describes how to make the
changes that you made in the [Configuration] tab
available from the application.The operation varies

When machine tried to connect through Interface to GD-
1070, GD-1070 side was busy. Communication failed
and FE error is reported.
GD-1070 was probably in the midst of processing a job
and could not handle another e-mail sending job.
Replaced the GD1070 for the affected customer. As of
today,there is no recurring case.

Currently, there were no changes made to this
specification but you might want to consider the
following options :
(1) Activate (08)-(1434) to "1"(Cannot Save on MFP
Local) would be shown on the screen upon executing
[SCAN] but the [MFP Local] would remain as "Active" in
the setting. <= current remedy at your end
(2) Use "Templates" to manage the scanning operation.
Engineer has tried a workaround based on the customer
environment via disabling the SMB Session.

1124 Sep eS3511 TIFF format cannot be viewed using Microsoft We are able to view the images scan in TIFF for colour AI Specification Network
Picture & Fax Viewer & greyscale with MS Office Document Imaging.
As for MS Picture and Fax Viewer, the following apply
The scanned document of Tiff format in "Color" and
"Gray scale" is used with JPEG compression
technology.
This application does not support JPEG compression
technology format.
So customer is unable to open the scanned document
from this application. This is application spec.

Regarding scanned document of Tiff format in "Black", it

is used with MMR compression technology.
This application supports it and customer can open the
document.
If customer wants to use the Picture and Fax Viewer,
please use the JPEG format.

as follows.
<Way 1> Send the PCL data which embed double bytes
font data.
<Way 2> Send the PSL data which embed double bytes
font data.
<Way 3> Use the PSL's permanent double byte font
which is installed in printer.
(There is no PCL's permanent double bytes font.) But,
unfortunately, all three are not effective.
Sorry we can not inform you of effective way regarding
this item.
However, we would like you to understand that it relates
the current specification.

A3. No. NDPS Gateway (V2.4.0.8) does not support
eS600.

and will have it's OS reloaded.

When PSL3 is used for printing, a printed image may be
enlarged or reduced. In such cases, using PCL5c/PCL6
or using PSL3 with the following setting can print the
image at a proper size.
Open the Print dialog box to perform the setting for
PSL3.
- Select [Fit to Paper] form from the [Page Scaling]
menu.
- Check [Choose Paper Source by PDF page size].
