WORK SCHEDULE
First Semester SY 2020-2021

Directions: All admitted applicants to the ETEEAP for school year 2020-2021 are enjoined to strictly observe this work schedule. Preliminary assessment of applicants’
admission credentials necessitates the provision of enrichment lessons, tutorials and formal education for applicants to meet or approximate the competency
standards and or requirements of the academic degree programs.
The online contact sessions with professors/assessors have to be strictly followed as these would help provide documentation to the efforts of both the assessors
and the applicants at meeting the objectives of the ETEEAP. Failure to meet requirements as made known during the scheduled online contact sessions may
cause delay and, may derail the applicants’ progressive assessment for full qualification to the degree program applied for. For SY 2020-2021, any applicant who
misses out one scheduled online contact session with assessors will be automatically eliminated.
Inability of applicants to the scheduled online contact sessions and meet the requirements thereof, will be subject to make up. Formal arrangements with and
approval of assessors and the ETEEAP Center are required under this condition.
The whole months of June and July had been spent for preliminary review of the eligibilities of all applicants to the program undertaken by both the staff of the
Commission on Higher Education Central Office and of the MSEUF ETEEAP Center. Highlights of the work so far done and accomplished include: Virtual Interview
(July 13 – 17, and 20 – 24, 2020) (Monday to Friday) by the ETEEAP Director, the Dean of the College, and the University Registrar. Basic Professional Education
Competency Assessment and Issuance of Notice of Formal Admission to the ETEEAP in MSEUF. Enrollment and Registration August 10, 2020 OFW of All courses
and All Local CAS, CED BSCRIM,BSHRM, BSIT, BSBA applicants and August 11, 2020 BSEE, BSECE August 12, 2020 BSME,BSCE, BSGE August 13, 2020
BSIE, BSCPE (Level I-B Assessment).

Note: Deans and assessors of all participating colleges may (with prior notice to the ETEEAP Center) schedule additional sessions as the need arises. ETEEAP
students are instructed to check with the ETEEAP Center staff for changes in schedules of contact sessions.

(August 17 - 18, 2020) VIRTUAL WORK SITE VISITATION Level I – B Assessment

Note: All admitted applicants to the program shall be visited in their respective workplaces by a team of internal assessors from the college/department where the applicant
was temporarily admitted. Activities for this worksite visitation will include interviews with the applicants’ immediate supervisor and co-workers. The team shall also
observe the applicant in their performance of the kind of work they perform in the organization.

and Independent Learning with module and Tasks

Note: All admitted applicants are enjoined to come and attend all scheduled enrichment classes designed to further strengthen their preparation for the degree applied for.

Attendance will be strictly monitored and applicants are allowed only one excusable absence, otherwise the applicant is automatically eliminated from the
program. Applicants are required to pass the FINAL EXAMS for all the courses assigned to them prior to their admission to the second semester of the program.
