Basic Sale Price (BSP) : As applicable

Car Park Allotment Charges


 Covered : Rs. 3,75,000 per car park
 Open : Rs. 2,50,000 per car park
 Tandem (covered) : Rs. 3,00,000 per car park

Preferential Location Charges (PLC)*


 Floor Wise
o 1st -8th Floor : Rs. 125/- per sq. ft.
o 9th & above (Except top & 13th floor) : Rs. 100/- per sq. ft.

 View PLC Charges


o Club View PLC : Rs. 175/- per sq. ft.
o Garden view PLC : Rs. 200/- per sq. ft

 EDC/IDC Charges
o EDC + IDC : Rs. 435/- per sqft.

Other Charges (One Time)


 Club Membership Fee : Rs. 2,50,000
 Legal & Association Charges : Rs. 75,000
 IFMS charges : Rs. 50/- per sq. ft.
 Power Back up(per KVA) : Rs. 35,000
 External Electrification Charges : Rs. 100/- per sq. ft.

 Stamp Duty, Registration charges are to be borne by applicant on actual basis. In the case of
levy/modification of any development charges/Service Tax/VAT/, other levies, taxes & duties in
future by the Statutory Authorities, the same shall be borne by the Applicant

 The above prices/payment plans are subject to revision/withdrawal at any time without notice
at the sole discretion of the Company

 *No PLC applicable on Ground, 13th & Top Floor

o 17th- 30th Floor : Rs. 350/- per sq. ft.
o Penthouse PLC : Rs. 500/- per sq. ft.

o Club View PLC (Applicable only till 16th Floor) : Rs. 175/- per sq. ft.
o Garden view PLC (Applicable only till 16th Floor) : Rs. 200/- per sq. ft
