PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO RETURNING YOUR MACHINE:
1) DRAIN all oil from the glass reservoir within the lubricator area of the machine.
2) Remove Part Positioning Knob (older single and double wrap units do not have this item)
3) Include sample fittings to test your fittings on your machine.
4) Pack the machine carefully and protect on all sides to prevent damage while in transit.

Federal Process Corporation is not liable for any damage of any sort, including incidental and consequential damages. We reserve the right to ship the best way
possible. All claims for damage must be made within 5 days. Federal Process Corporation products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials.
No warranty for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall apply. No warranty claims will be allowed unless the product in question is received freight
prepaid at Federal Process. All warranty claims are limited to parts and labor at no charge to customer. Machines are warranted for a period of one year from date of
purchase. The warranty on machines, for replacement or repair, covers basic operation and all permanent parts.
Customers Outside of US: The customer is responsible for all Duties, Custom fees, and taxes associated with the transport of their machine. Incoterms are DDP
and indicate this is a US manufactured good returned to US manufacturer for repair. Please provide copies of shipping documents with this form.
