Dear Engr. Bugahod:

Greetings of Peace!

This is in connection to the letter transmitted to the Office of the Sangguniang


Bayan from Engr. Librado A. Flores, Plaridel Waterworks Office Head, informing the
August Body of the damaged municipal pipelines at Barangay Calaca-an due to the
on-going road widening project. It was also stated in the letter that an agreement
was made stating that both the Oaminal Construction and the LGU-Plaridel will work
in conjunction to repair the leaking pipelines, since the project is under your
jurisdiction and the local government does not have the equipment to do so.

In view of this, the undersigned would like to respectfully request your presence in
the Regular Session on Monday, September 30, 2019, 10:00 AM at the
Session Hall, Panalsalan, Plaridel, Misamis Occidental to discuss this matter and
hopefully arrive at collaborative efforts to solve the repair needs.
