This refers to our ongoing project 18K00261 - Construction/Repair/Rehabilitation of Various


Infrastructure Including Local Projects Road Concreting, Sitio Buco to Sitio Pantaron which
encountered delays due to damages of the access road by the severe weather condition.

In view of the foregoing, we would like to request for Weather Reports starting from the
month of September 2018 to October 2018 as an attachment to our request for a time
extension for the above captioned project.
