AMENDED FORMAL OFFER OF EXHIBITS

PETITIONER, by the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most


respectfully submits her Amended Formal Offer of Exhibits, to wit:

1. Exhibits A and A-1 - Amended Petition


Purpose - It is offered to establish the facts and
substance of the case and to allege the very detail of the petition. It is also
offered to prove that petitioner has verified her case and that no other case
pending before any other tribunal or agency in the government.

2. Exhibit B - Order dated October 27, 2019.


Purpose - It is offered to prove that the court directed
the petitioner to publish the petition in a newspaper of general circulation.

3. Exhibits C, C-1, C-2, C-3 and C-4 - Orders dated December


4, 2019.
Purpose - These are offered to prove that the court had
issued orders about the petition and the same were furnished to the petitioner's
counsel, Local Civil Registrar of Cebu City, Philippine Statistics Authority and the
Petitioner and Office of the Clerk of Court, respectively.

4. Exhibits D, D-1, D-2 and D-3 - Affidavit of Publication and


Newspaper Clippings.
Purpose - These are offered to establish the fact that
the editor of the newspaper of general circulation has affirmed the publication of
the petition. These are also offered to prove that the petition has been published
in the newspaper of general circulation on December 22, 2019, December 29,
2019 and January 5, 2020, respectively.

5. Exhibit E - The Special Power of Attorney


Purpose - It is offered to prove that witness Sarah
Cabahug was authorized by the petitioner to appear and testify in court to
substantiate the allegations in the petition.

6. Exhibit F - The Marriage Certificate


Purpose - It is offered to prove and establish the fact
of marriage of the petitioner to Ray Vidovic.

7. Exhibit G - The Report of Divorce


Purpose - It is offered to prove that the marriage
between Avelina Vidovic and Ray Vidovic has been severed on December 12, 2015
by way of divorce.

8. Exhibit H and H-1 - The Judicial Affidavit of Sarah Cabahug.


Purpose - It is offered as her direct testimony of the
case as a witness to the same. Her signature marked as Exhibit H-1 is offered to
prove that she affirmed and confirmed the truthfulness of her judicial affidavit.

In view of the foregoing, the petitioner hereby rests her case.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this


Honorable Court that this Amended Formal Offer of Exhibits be duly noted and
considered.
Other just and equitable relief is also prayed for by the petitioner.
