II. MISSION:

Ingot Municipal Police Station concurrent with its mission and function
shall conduct anti-criminality campaign in the area of responsibility.

III. PERIOD COVERED:

January 23, 2018 to January 24, 2018

VI. NARRATIVE:

On January 23, 2018 at around 2:30 in the afternoon, joint teams of


Ingot Municipal Police Station led by PCI MAT and LS Criminal Investigation
and Detection Unit led by PCI ELMER conducted Anti-Criminality Campaign
against wanted person in Sitio Ingot that resulted to the arrest of ALFREDO
GUANTANAMO for the crime of QUALIFIED THEFT OF COCONUTS.

VII. DISCUSSION:

On January 23, 2018 at around 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon, joint


teams of Ingot Municipal Police Station led by PCI MAT and Criminal
Investigation and Detection Unit led by PCI ELME conducted Anti-Criminality
Campaign against wanted person in Sitio Ingot.

At around 1:30 in the afternoon, on even date, final briefing was


conducted by the joint teams in Ingot Municipal Police Station for the arrest of
ALFREDO GUANTANAMTO in Ignot.

Among the important instructions discussed during the briefing were


the strict observance on the rules of engagement and human rights taking
cognizance on the rights of an arrested person.

At around 1:45 in the afternoon, on even date, the joints teams left
Ingot Municipal Police Station and went to the place of the subject person.

Then the joint teams proceeded to the house of the subject person,
introducing themselves as police officers and showing thereon the warrant of
arrest.

At around 2:30 in the afternoon, on even date, ALF GUANTANAMO


was arrested by the joint teams through the above warrant of arrest.

ALF GUANTANAMO was shown with the Warrant of Arrest. The


requisite body frisking was also conducted on the arrested person for any
deadly weapon on his possession but the same yielded negative. He was
likewise informed of his constitutional rights in a language he understands.

Then the joint teams brought ALFREDO GUANTANAMO for booking


procedures and documentation prior turn-over to the court of origin of the
arrested person.

VIII. ASSESSMENT:

The arrest of ALFRE GAUN speaks the collaborative effort of Ingot


Police Station and Eastern Samar Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit.
This manifest firm resolve of the joint teams to curtail criminality in Sitio Ingot.

IX. RECOMMENDATION:

Therefore, it is high time to recommend the participating police officers


for a corresponding award on the successful arrest of ALFR GUANTANAMO
to boost their spirit and morale.
