Legal Charge including formation of Association Rs. 10,000/- (50% on Agreement & 50% on Possession)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE OF EXTRA CHARGES

DEPOSIT
Maintenance deposit equivalent to 2 years maintenance fund at the time of possession (12 months
adjust & 12 month deposit approx Rs 2.50/- per sq.ft. per month or actuals)
Incidental charges Rs. 15000/- to be paid by the allotee out of which 50% on Agreement & 50% on
Possession

Note:-
Payment by cash will not be accepted . All Payments have to be made by the Allottee through
Cheque/ Demand Draft/Pay Order/ RTGS/ NEFT only in favour of “GREENFIELD CITY PROJECT LLP
ESCROW A/C” and drawn on any Bank in Kolkata .

GST and any other taxes levied by the forcement is as application

If any one representing from the Promoter asks for payment by cash towards consideration
