She was born on March 28, 2000at City of Masbate. She has received an
award as "Dancer of the year” In Jomarawon National High School. She is
currently a Grade 12 student at San Pedro Relocation Center National High
School Landayan Campus. For her extra time she helps her sister sell ice pop
and nata de coco.

She was born on November 17, 1999 at San Pedro City , Laguna. She is now a
Grade 12 student at San Pedro Relocation Center National High School
Landayan Campus. Before she use to help her grandmother in selling at their
Sari-sari store.
"Once you're in a business, there’s two option that you have to face, its either
failute or sucess. Once you fail dont give up, just make it a lesson and as you continue make it your

A grade 12 student at San Pedro Relocation Center National High School Landayan Campus , was born
on October 05, 1999 t San Pedro City Laguna. She is currently part of her school choir , and also has
been part of the top 10 list in Earth and Life Science. She also used to help her mother before in
managing their sari-sari store .

She is known as a smart grade 12 student at San Pedro Relocation Center
National High School Landayan Campus who has received several award on
extemporaneous speech, lyric interpretation and more, she also helped he
mother sell organic coffee before.
II. ADVISOR
In starting of our business "PICK! PACK! EAT" tends to achieve the following goals and
objectives in implementing the business to ensure its success. The first objective is to introduce and
promote a new and improved product. Products that are attractive and diverse that can truly enjoy by the
customers. Next is to offer wholesome and fairly priced products that are really suitable on a budget of a
student. "PICK! PACK! EAT!" will be providing excellent customer service that enhances the rapport with
a student through responsiveness to their needs and request. This business will give a fast production,
higher than usual of customer service at the same time ensures the health of every customer.
PICK! PACK! EAT! is a food business where in the most affordable and yet delicious foods will
be sold. This business will offer 3 scrumptious products. First is the Ham and cheese stick, it is a new and
improves traditional cheese stick, next is dynamite wherein the spiciness will linger. Lastly is potato rolls,
a mashed potato but now dipped fried to perfection. All of this will be served by PICK! PACK! EAT!
In able to pursue and start this business, we will have a capital that costs Php 700.00 wherein it
will be allotted into different parts, first is the ingredients that have an allotted amount of Php 600.00. The
remaining Php. 100.00 is for the packaging and other materials that will be needed including the
advertisement for the business campaign.

Pick! Pack! Eat is a start up food stall retail enterprise, its name came from the 3-easy step Which
is to PICK or to choose the product you prefer, PACK is to place the food into a presentable packaging
and last but not the least is to EAT which basically means to enjoy the scrumptious foods from PICK!

Pick! Pack! Eat! is included to the food industry. This business falls on retailing wherein we will be
serving and selling our products directly to our customers, specifically the students and teachers. This
business will pursue on developing products that has wholesome and reasonable price that is really
suitable for the costumers, products that will be more attractive and scrumptious not only to their eyes,
their taste but also for their budget which can result for the business to have its early growth. Pick! Pack!
Eat! is also a new business that lies into partnership, this was created and planned through combined
ideas to make a perfect product that is going to be sold to the costumers. These are the Dynamite, Potato
Roll and Ham & Cheese Stick and this will truly capture the attention of a customer due to its presentable
packaging.
As the Pick! Pack! Eat! grows and ear more profit The first thing that this business will consider is
the satisfaction of costumers towards our products. We will ensure that costumers leave with a smile from
the outstanding taste of our products. As it will also prioritize the quality service of the customers and
allow new innovation for the success of the Pick! Pack! Eat!.

The implementation of business together with other senior high students of SPRNCHS Landayan
Campus are trying to compete with one another to attract more customer and gain more profit. Each of
them will serve different varieties of food and beverages to be serve to the students and teachers.
Innovation, competition and marketing strategies to gain more customers.
According to Yoskowitz, no competition at all will deferred the innovation and the market is going
to be small. Competition in business is good, in a way that it will allow innovation and creativity to get the
public attention.
Pick!Pack!Eat! will serve product which are affordable, healthy and delicious. Business
competition will set the will of everyone to become more productive and brig out the best in the people.

Dedicated to serve more quality and different variation of foods that will satisfy every costumer
under the name of Pick!Pack! Eat! To be an industrious, innovative and premiere entrepreneur that will
serve you healthy at the same time scrumptious products.

A. Research Analysis
Pick!Pack!Eat! will be serving the student and teachers of San Pedro Relocation Center National
High School Landayan Campus. These will be the Grade 7, 10 , 11 and 12 students . Dynamite , Potato
rolls and Ham and cheese stick are the products that will surely satisfy the costumers taste.
B. Marketing Plan
Through the use of social media, advertising of products will be much easier at the same time
convenient. Pick!Pack!Eat! Anticipates the access of the market through different social media sites, since
most of the students and teachers has access on it. Production of fliers, pamphlets and other advertising
sheets will be added to help gain more costumers in the area.

Pick!Pack!Eat! consists of variation of products, Dynamite , ham and chees stick and potato roles
are all going to be deep fried to perfection . To sell this a food stall will be needed located exactly at the
ground area of San Pedro Relocation Center National High School Landayan Campus.
C. Competitive Analysis
Pick! Pack! Eat! is aware of the high level of competition. since we will be included in a food
bazaar. The other grade12 students itself is part of the competition plus the two canteens in the school.
Pick!Pack!Eat! will continue to create products that will satisfy the costumers wants and needs.
Pick!Pack!Eat! Falls into partnership business that has six (6) members: Geramae Almodal, Erica
Pelareja , Maricris Navoa , Giselle Jasmin Santos , Dolly Torres and Arlie John Prio.
D. POTENCIAL IMPACT
Pick!Pack!Eat! will provide adjustable pricing for the customers, allow suggestion and innovation
for the great production of food and quality above all. lastly make an upbringing effort for the success of
the business.
Pick!Pack!Eat! has 6 members , these are Geramae Almodal , Maricris Navoa , Erca Pelareja ,
Giselle Jasmin Santos , Dolly Torres and Arlie John Prio. Individuals that has different skills and talent
joined together for the creation and the success of the business.
In organizing the business, The members of Pick!Pack!Eat! will be divided and assigned in
different areas of work where in each will have its own roles and responsibilities. Every member will be
working 5 times a week with different duties every day. The designation of work will depend on the day of
services; where in the process will be rotational.
The scheduling of Pick!Pack!Eat! Will be rotational. Each day of the week, two of the members
will be able to experience to manage, serve and cook. The cooperation and coordination of everyone will
be needed to fully run the business smoothly.

affordable price. It has a good social impact due to its uniqueness and good quality of product to be serve
immediately to them. Pick!Pack!Eat! product is innovated that can catch the attention of customers
especially the students. It promotes the innovation of common product of the street foods and make it
delicious in away that everyone will enjoy. Pick!Pack!Eat present the product in a presentable way. Also,
it promotes the creativity to serve upon the customers and the process of product is easy and/ or less
hassle that create good service. And by that, it can help other people to have some saving by means of
having a franchise stall of the Pick!Pack!Eat!
