ANSWERS.

1. The main tool that shall be used in gathering data is the researcher-made questionnaire
for the respondents. The questionnaire for the respondents is composed of two parts.

2. Part I. This entails the respondent’s personal profile. Name, age, civil status, gender, ethnicity,
religion, course and year level are the contents of this part.
Part II. This entails the respondent’s possible smoking practices which include Smoking
initiation, Smokeless tobacco use, Smoking location, Cigars and Pipe use, Peer behaviors,
Alcohol use, Stress.

3. All departments are consists of 50 college students but these are partially counted because these
are not officially finalize.

4. Around 50 college students

5. We asked our friends who are enrolled in Sec for those college students that are cigarette smokers
and we got their names and search their facebook names to chat them about our study, we just
informed them that we need them to involved to our study in order to finish our research 2 thesis.
