MOTION TO SET CASE FOR HEARING VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE

Counsel, to this Honorable Court, most respectfully state:

1. This case has been set for hearing on September 7, 2020 at 8:30 o’clock
in the morning;

2. Currently, petitioner is in Iligan City;

3. In view of travel restrictions plus the fact that petitioner is scared to


cross border and to enter Misamis Occidental due to the spike of Covid
cases, petitioner prays to have the case heard via video conference;

4. There is a need to resort to this mode of trial to dispose of this case


without unnecessary delay vis-à-vis the current pandemic crisis;

5. This motion is filed in good faith and is availed of to dispose the instant
petition with dispatch.

Other just reliefs are likewise prayed for.
