Cell phone – oppo fw A37

From my first impressions, I find three good ways and three bad ways
the device work.
Good ways:
1. The size of the phone medium, and it isn't heavy. It feels good when the users hold
and touch it.
2. There are lots of graphics in the phone which make the phone entertaining.
3. Good battery timing.

Bad ways:
1. The screen is small, therefore, users may difficult to read information such as
messages.
2. The colors of the phone is too monotonous.
3.low memory space which make it slow.

Description of the user experience resulting from interacting


with it.

Because the cell phone designed smooth, silky and fit in the palm of hand, users
don't feel uncomfortable and unpleasant after using it for a long time.

Functionalities
This cell phone designed having good utility. Users can do what they need to do,
such as;
• make a call
• send message
• listen to the MP3 music and videos
• take a photo and even connect to Internet.

From this reason, I think it would feel satisying and entertaining for using the cell
phone.
The range of tasks user want to do using it.
the power button is the most important one of the cell phone. It control the main
menu and confirm all the action. Because of the this button, user can easy to use
it.

User can connect to Internet anytime and download images or MP3 in many
websites. In user experience, it feels entertaining to user.

The main design principle of this cell phone is affordance. User can find a help
button which helps user how to use it. Also, there are many meaningful images,
icons, links and messages which make user easier to use it.

The help-centre would give users feedback in no more than 1 hours after they
sent help message.
There are few functions in the menu and all of them are very clear and easy to
understand.

Possible improvements to the interface

1. The cell phone could add more online servers in order to help users to use it
more entertaining.
2. More easy functions could be added if possible eg like different application and
different themes.
User requirements :
The phone cannot full fill all needs user want to do. Because it’s space not enough memory
quickly full and user cannot install larger apps. Most of the functions are old and not
updated. So the its functionality less that user want to do.
