Intervention
What to Write: Write a brief description of the intervention(s) to be used with this student. TIP: If you have a script

Science Video Lectures:
1. The teacher discusses with his/her co-teachers on how they will make the video lessons, what mode will they use,
and what are to be included in the video lessons.
2. The teacher instructs the students to join a group page or to check their group chats where the teacher will send the
link for the video tutorial lessons.
3. The students will watch the video tutorial and answer activity sheets given by the subject teacher.
4. In case the students still cannot understand the lesson and are still having strain in coping up lectures and tasks
activities in the modules and have decreasing retention rate of students who take online classes, the teacher will now
meet the students through Zoom meeting and discuss and explain the topic lectured. They will also be required to
recite and answer the teacher to make sure that the students are still following and are learning.
5. The activity sheets will be answered. They will be given a specific time and students will send the answers if
available.
