Scene 1 Porridge for breakfast!
Daddy Bear Hello! I’m Daddy Bear.
Mummy Bear Hello! I’m Mummy Bear.
Baby Bear Hello! I’m Baby Bear.
Mummy Bear It’s eight o’clock. This is our breakfast.
It’s porridge.
Baby Bear Thank you, Mummy, but it’s hot!
Daddy Bear Let’s go for a walk before breakfast.
All The porridge is hot!
Go for a walk first. Go for a walk!

Scene 2 Hello, Goldilocks!


Goldilocks Hello! My name’s Goldilocks! This is my mummy.
Mummy Hello!
Goldilocks And this is my daddy.
Daddy Hello!
Goldilocks It’s time to play! Bye, Mummy! Bye, Daddy!
M and D Bye, bye!
Goldilocks skips happily through the forest.
Goldilocks Look at the trees! Look at the flowers!
She walks a bit more but she starts to get scared.
Goldilocks Oh, no! Where am I? I’m scared! And I’m hungry! Where am I?
All Poor Goldilocks is lost! Poor Goldilocks is scared! (x2)
Goldilocks Look! Over there! A house, a pretty house. Now I’m happy!
She points and runs towards the house.

Scene 3 Goldilocks is hungry


Goldilocks Hello! Hello! … There’s nobody here. But look at the table!
It’s breakfast … it’s porridge. My favourite! And I’m hungry.
She goes to the table and tries the three different bowls of porridge
Goldilocks Oh, no. This porridge is too hot. Oh, no. This porridge is too cold.
Oh, yes! This porridge is very good!
All Eat the porridge. The porridge is very good! (x2)
Goldilocks I’m tired. Let’s sit down. She tries the three different chairs.
Oh, no. This chair is too hard. Oh, no, this chair is too soft.
Oh, this chair is perfect! But … Ahh! Oh, no. It’s broken!
Goldilocks I’m very tired. Where are the beds? Oh, here they are.
She tries the three different beds. Oh, no. This bed is too hard.
Oh, no. This bed is too soft. Oh, yes! This bed is very good!
Goldilocks lies down and goes to sleep.

Scene 4 Here come the bears!


Daddy Bear Oh! Who’s been eating my porridge?
Mummy Bear Oh! Who’s been eating my porridge?
Baby Bear And who’s been eating ALL my porridge?
All Porridge, porridge. Who’s been eating the porridge? (x2)
Daddy Bear Oh! Who’s been sitting in my chair?
Mummy Bear Oh! Who’s been sitting in my chair?
Baby Bear And who’s been sitting in my chair? It’s BROKEN!
All Chairs, chairs. Who’s been sitting in the chairs? (x2)
Daddy Bear Oh! Who’s been sleeping in my bed?
Mummy Bear Oh! Who’s been sleeping in my bed?
Baby Bear And who is this? She’s sleeping in my bed!
Goldilocks Oh! Hello! Hello, bears!
Baby Bear What’s your name?
Goldilocks I’m Goldilocks. I’m sorry about the porridge.
I’m sorry about the chair.
Bears That’s OK. Let’s eat breakfast together.
