 Civil Work general description -

Type of structure RCC framed structure

Clear Height Each floor is 3 m (finished floor to floor level).

The external face of the outer walls, staircase hall and chajjas etc –
- plastered with ¾” thick cement plaster in two layers with ½” thick backing
coat
Plaster - proportion 1:4.

The internal walls and ceiling

- plastered with ½” thick cement plaster
- proportion 1:4.
- Finished Plaster shall be kept wet for at least 10 days after completion.
Curing - In hot weather, walls exposed to such shall be screened with matting kept
wet.

Sanitary Fittings Bends, tees double ‘Y’ for 4”, 3” and 2 ½” diameters A.C. pipes will be cast iron.

Main switch providing for four 15 amp. 500V main switches for two pumps in the pump house
