of writ of Habeas corpus.)

Most Respectfully Showeth:-

1. That the petitioner is law abiding citizen of the Rohini and well established
businessman of Gold.
2. That the petitioner was coming from Dubai after purchasing of Gold by valid
document by proper means.
3. That the petitioner was arrested at Delhi Airport by the FERA team and seized his
Gold which is legal.
4. That the petitioner has committed no wrong.
5. That the petitioner has purchased the seized Gold by his valid Income after
permission of the concerned Authority.
6. That the petitioner is languishing in Tihar Jail for no fault of his own.

For the reasons stated in the


accompanying affidavit. It is prayed that
this Honourable court may be pleased to
issue writ of habeas corpus or any other
appropriate writ or order or direction to
the respondents directing them to
forthwith set the petitioner at liberty who
has been illegally detained by the
respondents and bars such others order or
order as this Honourable court may deem
fit and proper in the circumstances of the
case.
