We have designed the RO system based on following Bore well water analysis report

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

1.0 PRE-TREATMENT:
The water from the F ilter feed pump enters the SAND MEDIA FILTER (SMF) suitably
designed to remove the suspended solids to reduce turbidity from the water through Sand
as Media .

Activated Car bon Filter (ACF): The filter water shall be passed through Activated Carbo n
Filter for removing colour, odour and chlor ine from the water.

Anti Scalant is dosed to minimize the scaling tendency of salts on the membranes. The
systems consist of Electronic Diaphragm Pump and a chemical tank.

Micron Cartri dge F i lter (MCF): We have provided Micron F ilter unit, which removes fine
suspended solids, which have escaped from upstream units. The unit can remove fine
solids up to 5 µ, which if carried over can clog the R.O. membrane. The unit is fitted with
special type of cartridge, which is having mo re dirt holding capacity compar ed to other
standard type of cartridges. The cartridges are fitted in PP housing . Micron Cartridge F i lter
also prevents any foreign particles from going to the pressure pum p and thus prevents
damage to the high pressure pump.

2.0 R.O. SYSTEM :

Vertical Multi stage Centrifug al Pumps has been offered to develop high pressure required
for RO System.

FRP Pressur e tubes along with required number of RO membranes have been offered. All
interconnecting l ow-pressure shall be UPVC and high pressur e shall be SS. Necessary
instrumentation is pro vided to monitor the operation of the system.

3.0 AUTOMATION PHILOSOPHY

Reverse Osmosis plant has been designed for Semi Automatic operation. Basic safety
interlocks are provided thro ugh Control Panel.

PRICE: Our price for Design, Engineering and Supply of 2000 LPH Product Water Treatment
System as descri bed in above Technical Annexure Shall be Rs.2,40,000/-
EXTRA IF REQUIRED:

2. 2000Ltr Storage Tank SS: Rs. 28,000 + GST

50% as advance along with purchase orde r

50% against Proforma Invoice before dispatch

VALIDITY: The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of offer.

DELIVERY

We shall complete supply of RO Plant as mentioned in our technical specification within 1

week from the date of receipt of Purchas e Order alo ng with advance payment.

GUARANTEE/WARRANTEE

The equipment supplied is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of
commissioning or beneficial operation of plant.
OR
18 months from the date of last major supply, whichever is ea rlier.

For Membranes Warrantee and Guarantee is not applicable.
