I consider that WebEx is too useful, because this platform provides excellent video conferencing
technology services that can be used on any mobile device, it also has the ability to reach many
attendees in a single call, which puts it at an advantage, it also allows you to do meetings from
anywhere in the world in real time.
This service can help companies save time and money, because being a videoconferencing
platform allows them to save the time and money that employees spend traveling to their jobs, by
providing this videoconferencing service, employees may be available to anytime, anywhere
without having to go to an office.
2. Compare WebEx video capabilities with the videoconferencing capabilities described in
this case.

The video capabilities of WebEx are very similar to those in the case, both the WebEx platform
and the videoconferencing platforms described there are designed to perform the same function,
which is to communicate by audio and video. in the case of companies with partners, suppliers
and customers. But if I consider that WebEx capabilities are more informal, the tools provided by
WebEx are very basic and are especially useful for training and sales presentations, in which you
share documents and presentations with your work team, while the videoconferencing tools of
the case they are much more formal and the quality is much higher, these systems have the latest
generation in technology that allows users to live the experience as if they were really present,
because the image is transmitted on big screen and the person who is giving the lecture looks
normal size.

3. Describe the steps you would take to prepare for a Web conference as opposed to a face-
to-face conference.

1. Prepare the computer or mobile device just before starting the web conference

2. Have the presentation ready if you are the exhibitor

3. Know which platform I am going to use and have the link to access the web conference

4. Enter the link of the videoconference and enjoy the experience
