Appreciating Art

An overwhelming experience to this course taught me a lot on how to appreciate

the timeless beauty of an art. I may feel a little bit awkward because of my ability to

create a piece of an art but little did I know that there is a chance for improvement. Our

professor guided us carefully to clearly understand the different side of an art and it

leads us to develop our own artwork. This course let us discover different information by

applying different variety of an art in different task given to us. I also learned that we

have different perspectives and unique way to express ourselves through an artwork.

This is also a great opportunity to open our eyes to look deeper the sense of this course

in our life.

Art may have different interpretation to the viewers but it has a main role to

personally touch every person that comes across it. We stimulate our thoughts to the

viewers especially if we are unable to express or convey it. I understand now that art

has a multiple reasons on why we should value it. It enables us to think critically on how

we should deliver our piece into something incomparable thus our perspectives may

change other people’s interest.
