E-Gas Sewa

Objective:

This provides an in-depth services for gas agency of indian company


highly benefiting their customers in vast ares of company’s services providing to
them,making the path for LPG Gas Connection and Other services a smooth one.

Existing System:

In existing system ,the entire process undergoes manually.that is


customer has to go to the office to put any request.It takes so much time.It is not
comfortable for all customers.customers can not be aware of the services provided at
the location.It is very difficult to manage the customers.

Proposed System:

In our System ,We provides an interface for the users to better


services.Customers can view all the services provided at all the locations.It is easy to
put a request like gas booking or for new connection through our system.It is highly
benfitting to provide services to customers.The customer easy to communicate to the
dealers for asking connections,accessories,transferring services from one location to
another location.

This provides an in-depth services for gas agency of indian company


highly benefiting their customers in vast ares of company’s services providing to
them,making the path for LPG Gas Connection and Other services a smooth one.

Modules:

1.Admin 2.Dealer 3.Customer

1.Admin:

Admin can manages the locations,dealers,no.of.connections for the dealers.

Admin can able to perform following operations:

 accepts dealers applications


 adds the new locations
 allocate the connections for dealers
 online application form for dealer ship etc.

2.Dealer:

Dealer manages the customers for perticular location.


Dealers can able to perform following operations:

 accepts the customers applications,accessories


 recive the requests from the customers.
 online booking facility for LPG Gas
 providing accessories
 transfer LPG connection to another location.

3.Customers:

Customers are the users ,who are gaining services from our
system.They put requests like gas booking,cancellation or change service connection
location etc to the dealers.

 Web based Technologies : Servlets, JSP

 Database Connectivity : JDBC

 Java Version : JDK1.6

 Backend Database : Oracle 10g

 Pentium processor : 512 MHZ
