Focus Group (Consent Form)

Please read carefully.

I agree to participate in the focus group that is carried out by the students of the Institute of Business
Administration (IBA), the purpose of the research is to find out to what extent Facebook live has been
successful as platform for online buying. Furthermore:

 I have read the information sheet related to the research and understand the aims of the
project.
 I am aware of the topics to be discussed in the focus group.
 I am fully aware that I will remain anonymous throughout data reported and that I have the
right to leave the focus group at any point.
 I am fully aware that data collected will be stored securely and safely.
 I am fully aware that I am not obliged to answer any question, but that I do so at my own free
will.
 I am fully aware that there are no right or wrong answers to focus group questions, I will be
honest with my opinions or experience.
 I am fully aware that I should respect everyone’s opinion without interrupting.
 I agree to have the focus group recorded (video or audio), so it can be transcribed after the
focus group is held.
