The school is an institution where learners live and


grow until they found the reason of their existence.
Therefore, teachers are God’s instruments to help His
children become productive and God-fearing individuals.

This course helped me understand better the reason why


we must have well planned and well implemented curriculum.
Dr. Basig enlightened me to be more passionate in my mission
as teacher and curriculum implementer. While answering her
questions in our discussions and written requirements, I am
opening my heart from new learnings too. Objectives are very
important in planning the curriculum and assessments are keys
to open the locked doors of shadows in teaching and learning
process. Through the principle of Tyler, I was able to learn
the importance of societal issues in the learning development
of a child. I discovered that teachers are not the only
persons who are working for school progress but also the
school leaders. School needs well equipped and God-fearing
curriculum leaders to know the situations of each learner and
teacher. Rendering of personal time in listening of lights
and shadows in teaching process must be applied with school
leaders to improve the implementation of curriculum.

This course did not allow me to jut learn the key points
on curriculum theory, design and analysis. It is an honor to
be a part of the class of Dr. Inicia C. Bansig for she
helped me express all my learnings from my past to
present experiences in teaching.

All the learnings that I got from this course will


be imprinted in my heart forever. From now on even in
the midst of pandemic crisis, I will persevere to
improve my teaching skills to help the God-given
learner. Curriculum is not a piece of paper to be kept
but a guide to build a better nation for everyone.
