Subject: EMA fire safety Valves, actuator Change

Dear Sir,

Referring to the mentioned subject project and the fire safety Valve Material to be supplied,
please note that our supplier (Edmund Valve UK) finished the valves manufacturing work
(attached Pictures) but he faced some problem in RTORK Actuator supply due to the actual
worldwide pandemic COVID -19 and he propose another Actuator Manufacturer TRIAC
CONTROL from USA rather than ROTORK in order to reduce the supply Time Duration.

Therefore, please find attached the new EMA Actuator TRIAC CONTROL from USA for your
approval.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further clarifications.
