POST OF ASSISTANT SYSTEM ENGINEER AND ASSISTANT

SYSTEM ANALYST INCLUDED IN TAMIL NADU INFORMATION


TECHNOLOGY SERVICE
The candidates whose Register Numbers are mentioned below
have been provisionally admitted to Online Certificate Verification to
the POST OF ASSISTANT SYSTEM ENGINEER AND ASSISTANT
SYSTEM ANALYST INCLUDED IN TAMIL NADU INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY SERVICE based on the results of the written
examination conducted by the Commission on 07.04.2019 FN&AN and
Marks and Rank published on 30.09.2020. The candidates who have
been admitted provisionally to the Online Certificate Verification should
upload the scanned copy of documents in support of the claims made
in their online application from 27.10.2020 to 05.11.2020 in the e-seva
centres run by TACTV. List of designated e-seva centres will be
available in the website. Individual intimation regarding the place, mode,
date and time of Certificate Verification will be informed through
Commission’s website, SMS and e-mail only. Individual intimation
will not be sent to the candidates by post.

Notes:-
1. Mere inclusion of the Register Numbers of candidates in the above
list will not imply that his/her candidature has been fully considered
for next stage of selection.

2. The candidates whose Register Numbers are found in the above list
have been admitted provisionally to the Online Certificate Verification
based on the overall Rank obtained by them in the Written Examination
and with reference to the rule of reservation of appointments. The
admission of candidates to Online Certificate Verification is provisional
subject to verification and acceptance of the claim in their online
applications inrespect of Date of Birth, Educational Qualification,
Gender,PSTM etc. If any of their claims are found to be false or
incorrect, their provisional admission to Online Certificate Verification
will be cancelled and they will not be admitted to the next stage of
selection.

3. The candidates who have appeared for Written Examination on
07.04.2019 FN&AN to the POST OF ASSISTANT SYSTEM ENGINEER
AND ASSISTANT SYSTEM ANALYST INCLUDED IN TAMIL NADU
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICE and whose register
numbers are not found in the above list are not admitted to the
Certificate Verification for the said post.

4. The admission of the above candidates to the Online Certificate


Verification is purely provisional subject to the decision of the
Commission and subject to the final orders to be passed by the
Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras in the WPs and other
cases pending on the files of the Hon’ble High Court, Madras/Madurai
Bench of Madras High Court, if any, relating to this recruitment.

5. Candidates who have been admitted for Online Certificate Verification


are hereby advised to watch constantly the Commission’s webiste
regarding mode, place, date and time of certificate verification without
fail. Failure to produce even any one of the essential documents will
result in their non-admission to the next stage of selection.

6. The Candidates admitted for Online Certificate Verification are not


assured to be admitted for next stage of selection.

7. Candidates who have been admitted provisionally to the Online


Certificate Verification are hereby advised to upload the scanned
copy of all the relevant documents without fail. Failure to upload
even any one of the essential documents will result in their non-
admission to the next stage of selection and rejection of their online
application
