REPORTING TO: Doctor who ordered the test

JOB DUTIES:
- Make written reports about the specimens tested, results, and final diagnosis.
- Assist other physicians in diagnosing their patient’s illness
- Help in the development of interventions.

JOB SUMMARY: Supervise and monitor the work and staff in the whole laboratory
and the different sections in it.
REPORTING TO: Pathologist
WORKING CONDITIONS:

JOB DUTIES:
- Review test results to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Assign duties needed such as chemical, hematologic, microscopic, and
bacteriologic related tests to other medical technologist.
- Conduct regular training programs or the medical technologists.
- Monitors the laboratory records and reports.
- Arranges the work shift of each personnel.
