SALES AGREEMENT

This Sales Agreement is entered into on __________________,


by and between __________________, with an address of
__________________________ (the Seller) and
__________________, with an address of
__________________________ (the Buyer). They are collectively
known as “The Parties”.

BACKGROUND:
Seller used to own and operate a restaurant/café, with the name of
Signorina Erlinda Café, and used the following product(s) during
the regular course of its business:
2 Deck Oven, 6 trays, Black;
AND
Buyer wishes to purchase the aforementioned product(s).

THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:


1. Sale of Goods. The seller shall make available for sale and the
buyer shall purchase the 2 Deck Oven, 6 trays, Black. (The
Product)

2. Delivery. The buyer shall pick up the product at


________________________________________________. The
product shall be deemed delivered when the buyer has accepted
and picked up the said product at the above-referenced location.

3. Consideration. The buyer shall accept the product and pay the
sum of ___________ for the product.

4. Waiver of Liability and Obligations. The seller shall waive all


liabilities and obligations (i.e. payment for repairs, replacement of
parts) arising from the defects or damages in the product upon
pick up of the product from the seller by the buyer.
