Project Charter Purpose
This document contains all the necessary information required the satisfy and initialize the
development of the platform. This document is the complete overview of the project road map
to its completion and allow decision makers to approve its funding.
The intended audience of this Pakistan Leather Project Charter is the stakeholders, sponsors,
and senior Leadership.
Project and Product Overview
Complete road map of the Pakistan Leather Website is given in this document. Stakeholders
can track the progress by reviewing this document and estimate how far the development has
been done and when it will be ready for execution. This document will define each step and
progress at each level. This website will be cross platform web application which can be
accessed and used at any platform either system or mobile devices.
Mathware Technologies will develop universal cross platform web application for its client
Pakistan Leather, allows Pakistani leather manufacturers to display their products online. This
platform will be deployed at Global Platform form where anyone can access it from anywhere.
Leather Manufacturers of Pakistan can easily register themselves as sellers and create a virtual
shop where they are allowed add their products and can chat with the actual potential buyers.
This platform will only allow Pakistani Leather Manufacturers to register as sellers
Alternatives
So far there is no as such platform available on the internet but we may consider Alibaba and
AliExpress as potential alternatives.
Alibaba – This is global wholesale market place where member can list any item for sale.
AliExpress – This as global retail market place where members can list any item for sale.

tasks to be completed and timeframes associated with those specified

Test Plan Identifies features for test cases and create test report document

timeframe had been agreed upon. Due to the value from receiving
frequent customer feedback, stakeholders or product owners will often
ask to vary the scope of a project.
End-user This risk is where a product is released to the market but the users are

Inadequate Risk Inadequate risk management can occur when any of the project specific
