How to get logs from the GD3/GA3/INTIP3

----------------------------------------------------
- Current logs are stored in RAM memory under /var/log directory.
- Logs before the last reboot are stored under /mnt/flash/info directory.
- The five oldest logs are stored under /mnt/flash/info/previous directory, but are zipped.
Different ways to retrieve logs on an NGP board.
1- By using mgconfig menu.
- Enter mgconfig menu and select option 14 - Archive log files. log.tar.gz archive file is created
Under/home/tftpboot
directory.
- Upload the file on an external FTP server, that can be the OmniPCX Enterprise if SSH is not
activated or an external server using ftpput command.
>ftpput -u <login> -p <pwd> <IP_@_FTP_server> /home/tftpboot/log.tar.gz
<filename_on_FTP_server>

Or simply use tftp command from the Call Server:

> tftp <GD3/INTIP3ip address>
 > tftp> bin

> tftp> get log.tar.gz
> tftp> quit

2- By using "infocollect" tool.

This method is available from "infocollect" version 3.7 downloadable from BPWS,and from
OmniPCX Enterprise version I1.605.18.
Use the option -i (infocollect -i) and answer y to the gd module.
Then you will be asked to get logs from ALL GD3/GA3/INTIP3 boards or just one by specifying its
<CR> <cpl>.
Generated archive file is loaded in /tmpd directory.
