PETITIONER, Noella Sartin,by the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court

currently employed as Consultant in the University of Santo Tomas Hospital.
3. Petitioner and Respondent first met sometime in 2014 when petitioner was on her first
year in the convent, as she was set to be a nun after graduating in college, on the other
hand respondent was a graduating medical student at that time who used to go to the
Santissimo Rosario Church to pray.
4. Petitioner and Respondent became close due to their frequent encounter in the church and
soon they became text mates. After a few months of texting each other, they started going
out exclusively as a couple in secret as petitioner was not allowed to leave the convent
without valid causes.

respondent to her parents as her boyfriend.
6. After being in a relationship for less than a year, the two decided to get married on
December 20, 2015 at the Minor Basilica and Metropolitan Cathedral of the Immaculate
Concepcion in Intramuros, Manila.
7. Sometime in February 2020, Petitioner was able to take part in a Blood Donation Drive in
her place of work. However, she was contacted by the resident physician of the
University that the blood she donated was positive to Human Immunodeficiency Virus
(HIV) that if left untreated will lead to a chronic disease of Acquired immunodeficiency
Syndrome or most commonly known as AIDS.

annulled.
