Terms & Conditions

1. The customer has to register online within 30 days of purchase.

2. If the customer registers within 30 days, but the uploaded document is not clear or not visible and if
there is any hint of any modification done to the document, HP reserves the right to reject such cases.

3. Within 7 days of receiving the complete documents, an acknowledgement and approval mail will be sent
to your registered email id/mobile number.

4. The following schedule will be followed for sending ADP confirmation email:

        • Solutions will process the claim and send an approval email and sms to the customer within 7 days of
receiving the documents.

        • The ADP confirmation mail will be issued to the customer within 30 days of the approval of claim.

5. Please note that the claim will be processed ONLY if the Name on the invoice and the name registered on
the registration site is same. We request your attention to this point and request you to submit
appropriate details to ensure timely claim approval.
