JIO RTP, RTT, GBT Guidelines
JIO RTP, RTT, GBT Guidelines
Before starting the work the under shall submit the construction plan indicating major milestone such as
PCC / Raft Casting / First Lift casting / CIP casting / Tower Erection / Electrical works/ RFE1 with dates.
1. A.) RCC Mix Grade :- ,
a) In all GBT, NBT raft sites Mix will be M20 grade .
b) In GBM Raft RCC Mix will be M25 Grade
c) In All GBT, GBM, NBT pile sites RCC mix will be M30 Grade.
d) In RTT/RTP/SSM – Mix will be M20 grade.
B.) PCC = M10 (1:3:6 ) as per drawing in all type of foundation.
2. Water Cement Ratio = 0.55 ( i.e 27.5 Litre / 50 Kg of cement Bag)- Water should be drinkable i.e free from
all impurities.

Limited, MITC Rolling Mills Private Limited.
4. Cover -50MM for column & 30 MM for Beam
5. Lap Length / Development Length = 50 D
6. Base Plate grouting = By Non shrink Material i.e GP2 Only.
7. Curing – 7 days must.
8. Tower Erection Period = 7 days from casting.
9. 6 – Cube will be filled up at the time of raft casting , 3- cube will be tested after 7-days and remaining 3 –
will be tested after 28 days in presence of Quality Engineer & Mast Engineer in NABL/ISO Certified Lab Only .
10. 6 – Cube will be filled up at the time of Bolt/SIP casting , 3- cube will be tested after 7-days and remaining
3 –will be tested after 28 days in presence of Quality Engineer & Mast Engineer in NABL/ISO Certified Lab
Only.
11. In every case stepwise( 1.-PCC ,2-Bar bind ,3- Raft Casting,4- Final Casting )photo should be taken and
attach with bill.
12. Core cutting will be done of any foundation – in case failure – All payment will be hold & Vendor will be
blacklisted
13. If any NC or FOR raised by Quality Auditor during casting or after casting or in Tower erection & Electrical
work – Rs . 50,000/- will be fine immediately along with rectification of defects mail send to Finance.
14. ITP must be filled up at site on same day in site forge of work progress without fail.
16. Quality of Coarse and fine aggregate must be checked prior to use.
17. Site order book shall be maintained and shall be submitted along with the bills
18. Minimum 2 minutes mixing is must.
19. Mixing ratio of M20 must be checked and must be measured with wooden measuring boxes.
Additional guidelines to improve civil work quality for compliance.
1. Cement :- Cement shall not be used older than 02months from the date of manufacturing and brands shall
be as per our approved list.
2. Aggregate :-
1. Fine Aggregate :- . Sand should be free from organic matters and silt content should be less than 5%. Field
test shall be conducted using a transparent glass and the same shall be shared on watsapp and photographs
shall be part of ITPs ).Only river coarse sand is allowed henceforth , No stone crusher dust will be allowed
2. Coarse Aggregate :- and in angular shape and no rounded , glossy and flaky shape stone shall be
allowed . Corse aggregate should be 20mm down
3. Measurement :- No casting should be allowed without for cement and aggregates .using measurement box
4. WC Ratio: - Water cement ratio should be in control (25 Ltr) and should be monitored at site and
workability of concrete should be checked during concreting time span. multiple time by using slump test
5. Shuttering: - Shuttering should be of Ply or steel (Preferably – Ply ) with proper battening back side and no
any damage or leakage in surface. Column casting should be done next day to the raft casting and whole
column in two lifts (Including CIP casting), no column casting should be allowed in three lifts.
6. Cube Test:-Cube testing of all sites should be done in presence of FE/QE in NABL/ISO approved lab/
Engineering college with of machines.valid calibration certificate
7. Curing: - with the help of gunny bags /Pond curing and to be witnessed by our team or Curing with
Chemical Compound.Ensure required curing with water
What is PCC?
Cast-in-place (CIP) concrete walls are made with ready-mix concrete placed into removable forms
erected on site. Historically, this has been one of the most common forms of building basement walls.
