The act that would make a difference

The shortage of water in schools has taken a big toll on the students and the staff of the
school especially since Climate Change has taken its turn, are voices going to be raised for Schools
Concern for Water?

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration

announced the mild El Niño phenomenon, we can only expect for the worse as we head towards a
destructive, dry season. The school needs to be prepared for emergency such as these which are
unexpected, the unfortunate situation of water shortage is spreading across the globe.

Rising demands are increasing due to the limit of water, schools should find a way to find
another alternative source of water while teachers and staffs should conduct a practise on how to
save water and for this reason being is that solutions are absent from the government and they still
haven’t found a way to solve this occurrence

Let’s remember too, that this does not only make an impact on the school but also the
local economy, our country is currently in face to face with a water crisis and as citizens of this
country, making an act and making a move is also making a difference even if it’s just remembering
to turn the water faucet properly and securely, reusing water and not wasting water.

Students from across the nation are already trying to find a resolution to this problem, they
are also doing their part as a student, and that is leading the school in the path of sharing and not
abusing our access to water, students are portraying themselves as the role model of the school and
the role model that would dedicate their life into bringing honour and pride to their school.
