Ma’am Chan:

I am writing this letter to demand the release of my personal properties detained


unlawfully under your custody. This matter is a direct offshoot of the on-going dispute
you have with your tenant MR. MICHAEL ___________ regarding his unpaid rentals
which ultimately led to the changed of padlock of Unit 35V.

True enough that MR. MICHAEL ______ was also my lessor, with the knowledge that he
was the owner of Unit 35V. As his lessee, I brought some of my personal properties
inside Unit 35V. Recently however, it has come to my knowledge that he was only just
a tenant and is having problems with the true owner of the said unit. This led to the
unlawful deprivation of the movable properties belonging to me.

Upon consultation with my lawyer, I was advised that the detention was illegal since
there is deprivation of ownership and possession of the personal properties belonging
to me. More importantly, the dispute between you and MR. MICHAEL _______ has
nothing to do with me. Thus, the movables I have inside your unit should have been
released, at the very onset, in my favor.

These are the personal properties held illegally inside Unit 35V of 8 Adriatico
Condominium, to wit:

1. Queen Size Bed


2. Sofa Bed
3. Small Dining Table
4. Center Table
5. Washing Machine
6. Kitchen tools and utensils
7. Refrigerator
8. Microwave
9. Kettle
10.Rice Cooker

You are hereby formally demanded to release the aforementioned movables within
fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this demand letter. Should you fail to heed to my
demand within the given period, I will be constrained to take legal action by filing
criminal, civil or administrative cases in court and in any other judicial tribunal.

Kindly give this matter your preferential attention to avoid unnecessary court litigation
at your expense.
