users & Managers.

planning, Maintenance order Processing.

processes.
✓ Involved in Test cases preparation for Unit Testing and Integration Testing as per business

✓ Resolved the issues raised by the users in PM module. (Due to wrong configuration,
new requirement, SAP Bug etc.)
✓ Carry out Customization changes as required when asked by User. (To follow change control
procedure of the Organization)
✓ Development of new reports as required by users.
✓ Assisting the users when they are stuck up in some process.
✓ Extensively supported to complete order processing for Breakdown maintenance and General
maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance plan issues.
