Recommendations before coming to the School:
Don’t be late! Punctuality is still very important. We have staggered the entry times
to avoid crowds. Please arrive at the School on time.
Do you feel unwell? If you have any symptom or don’t feel right, please notify the
your Academic Coordinator and do not come to the School.
To ensure everybody’s safety, please bring your own laptop to class to avoid sharing
materials and to be able to follow the classes properly.
Every day, before you leave home, check that you have got your facemask. You will
need to enter our facilities and move around the School without risk. Wearing a
facemask is COMPULSORY in all the School’s facilities.
Prioritize online meetings with your classmates, lecturers and the EAE team.
If you need to hold a meeting at the School with EAE staff, please remember to
make a prior appointment at least two days in advance.
We have adapted our spaces:

The following people must not come to the School and must notify their Academic
Coordinator:
b) Anybody who has been diagnosed with the virus with a PCR test and has not yet finished the quarantine period. Even
after this period, they must not return to the School if they have had any symptoms in the last 3 days, in line with the
instructions of the corresponding Health Authorities.
c) People who are waiting for the result or a PCR or any other type of diagnostic test.
e) Anyone currently in a period of quarantine at home due to having had close contact (over 15 minutes, at less than 2
metres, without a facemask, within 48 hours before the confirmed case began to display and the moment they isolated)
with somebody with a confirmed positive case of Covid-19.
39
I am back at the School. What do I do now?
Follow all the signs and recommendations posted around the Campus. Maintain safe
distancing at all times and wait for your turn in communal areas.
Remember to avoid crowds anywhere in the School. Don’t hang around the access
points on the streets leading to the School. Avoid groups of more than 6 people.
Keep your hands clean at all times. Wash them frequently, including your wrists,
before and after class. This is the best way to kill viruses.
You can find hydroalcoholic gel dispensers for you to use throughout all the School’s
facilities. It is important that you disinfect your hands before and after submitting
documentation and whenever you have been in contact in communal areas, as well
as before and after entering the classroom.
If you have any symptom compatible with Covid-19, as a responsibility to the
community and society in general, you must notify your Academic Coordinator.
We will take your temperature with a thermal camera when you enter the School.
Please follow the instructions of the EAE team!
Sit in the same place in the classroom throughout the academic year and remember
to keep your belongings with you at all times. Maintain social distancing with others.
Respect the maximum capacity in classrooms and avoid visiting adjoining classrooms.
Use the stairs whenever possible and leave the elevator for people who really need
it.
