The Embassy was informed that the above flight may be now be booked through all
channels including the PAL website, www.philippineairlines.com, and travel agents. PAL will
issue guidelines regarding the handling / ticketing as soon as it is available. Passengers
holding tickets may check with their travel agents for re-booking on the said flight. Please
take note that fare difference may apply. For passengers who purchased their ticket through
an online travel agent or through the PAL website, kindly await for further details from PAL.

Please note that the check-in counter closes 1 hour before the estimated time of departure
and free baggage allowance is 25kgs while hand carry is 7kgs only. Excess baggage fee is
NZ$33 per bag. It is advisable that you prepare PPEs for the long haul journey.

For Filipinos who will from other parts of New Zealand, you may travel by land or take a
domestic flight if you already have an international ticket. Please make domestic
arrangements once you have a ticket from PAL as your local airport will require you to
present a copy of the ticket and other documents. Domestic flights may be booked through
the Air New Zealand website.

You need your valid passport. If you have issues with your passport, kindly email us
immediately.

We understand the stress that this haste is causing but the Philippine Government is trying
to take advantage of this opportunity to be able to reunite you with your families and loved
ones at the soonest possible time.

We will also be issuing shortly further guidelines on the protocol that would have to be
followed upon arrival in Manila.
