The Admin and Finance Officer ensures project activities are implemented smoothly. He/she will
be a key support person to the Township Project Manager in term of administration and financial
issues.
DUTY STATION
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Admin and Finance Officer will be responsible smooth project implementation by providing
necessary admin and finance support to the team. The successful candidate is expected to:
Financial Management
Prepare monthly cash projection to review and approve by Township Health Manager
Submit financial reports accurate and timely
Ensure that sufficient cash is available in field office to allow for all activities to be
conducted and paid for at the appropriate time as per monthly cash projection
Check invoices/receipts/supporting documents attached to the disbursements are
accurate and complete
Deal with bank for transfer/withdrawal of projects’ cash
Handle petty cash for day to day small office expenses
Maintain Cash in a safe manner
Process daily cash receipts and payments
PERSON SPECIFICATION
ESSENTIAL
B.Com (or) LCCI Level 3 (or) relevant Bachelor Degree and training certificates on
finance and administration
At least 3 years working experience in admin and finance management
Good experience in logistics management
Good interpersonal and communication skills
DESIRABLE
