Notice is hereby given that the National Company Law Tribunal has ordered the commencement
of a corporate insolvency resolution process of the M/S BLUEWATER FOODS AND EXPORTS
PRIVATE LIMITED on 10th June 2020.
The creditors of M/S BLUEWATER FOODS AND EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED, are hereby
called upon to submit their claims with proof on or before 27th June 2020to the interim resolution

The financial creditors shall submit their claims with proof by electronic means only. All other
